Our Mission

Gummy Johal, Bulla Dhillon, and Andy Sahota coming together to raise funds for a community group Come Back Circle, which focuses on mental health support, by running their first full marathon on 16th April in Manchester.

Mental health issues can affect anyone, regardless of their background or circumstances. From childhood trauma to relationship problems, the causes of mental disorders are varied and complex. Unfortunately, seeking help for these issues can be stigmatised, particularly in some cultures and communities.

That's why Come Back Circle was formed. We're a community group that helps people going through mental health issues to connect with others who have experienced similar challenges. We believe that talking openly about mental health is essential to breaking down the stigma and making it easier for people to seek help when they need it.

Our community welcomes people from all backgrounds and walks of life. We offer a variety of activities, including hiking, paint-balling, jogging, workshops, sports, social interaction, walking or running groups, cycling, and swimming. By participating in these activities, our members can connect with others while also taking care of their physical and mental health.

We're currently raising funds to support our activities and expand our reach. This includes funding for our website, podcast equipment, activities, merchandise, and marketing. Your donation will help us provide more resources and support to people who need it.

Suicide rates are a serious concern, particularly among men. In the UK, suicide is the leading cause of death for men under the age of 50, and men are three times more likely to die by suicide than women. We believe that suicide prevention is an important aspect of mental health support, and we are committed to raising awareness and providing resources to those who are at risk.

At Come Back Circle, we want to provide a safe and supportive environment for men to talk about their mental health and seek help if needed. By promoting open dialogue and breaking down barriers, we hope to reduce the number of suicides and improve mental health outcomes for all. Thank you for your support.
